Need Customer Service while at convention? The first place to visit is the Convention Registration Booth in the Lakeside Foyer of the Hilton Cleveland Downtown.

Additionally, the Member Resource Center (MRC) will be available to answer any questions you have, about convention or about the union in general. The MRC staff can be reached at their booth in the Superior Foyer, or at 888-OCSEA-11 (627-3211) or MRC@ocsea.org. Or stop any OCSEA staff member, and they will be able to assist you.
