Constitutional Amendments

The OCSEA Constitution and By-laws governs the business of the union and is reviewed and amended every two years by elected subordinate body delegates attending the OCSEA Biennial Convention. The Constitution Committee meets throughout Convention and gives recommendations to the delegation regarding proposed constitutional changes. See all proposed 2025 Constitutional Amendments
