Credentials
Where:The role of the Credentials Committee is to certify the number of properly-elected delegates to the convention. If your registration was late or disputed, you must go to Credentials to certify your delegate or alternate status.

Elections Committee
Where:The Elections Committee oversees the election of OCSEA President, Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer and makes sure the election is conducted properly and fairly.

Rules Committee
Where:The Rules Committee recommends the rules of procedure for the convention. Delegates will vote on the rules for this convention during general session.

Booths and Exhibits
Where:Check out the assortment of booths and exhibits and get a ton of information on everything from union-negotiated benefits and free education programs to conferences and how to make or increase your voluntary political action contribution through PEOPLE. Many give-aways and one-of-a-kind union items and gear will be available.

Early Registration
Where:Early registration will take place on the 2nd Floor of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. All registered delegates and alternates should check in to receive their convention bag and ID badge.

Sgt.-at-Arms Committee
Where:Ohio Center Board Room
The Sergeant-at-Arms Committee plays a key role in maintaining proper order and decorum within the convention hall.

New Delegates Workshop
Where:Presenters: Angela Harrington, OCSEA Education Director, Jeff Freeman, OCSEA Staff Representative & Jim Seguin, Parliamentarian
All new delegates are encouraged to attend this orientation on convention activities and parliamentary procedures. This is a must for new delegates wanting to fully understand and be active participants in the convention process.
