At every other convention, delegates elect OCSEA President, Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer. Only certified delegates whose seating has beenproperly approved by the full convention may vote. Delegates vote by secret ballot via voting machine and must have their delegate ID badge to vote. Voting takes place in Franklin Room.
