The Thursday of Convention, the OCSEA Womens' Action Committee (WAC) and the OCSEA Committee for Minority & Community Affairs (CMCA) joined together to hold their esteemed biennial convention WAC/CMCA Luncheon. The Committees give a voice to underrepresented groups in union public service.
