Rules & Order of Business

The Rules and Order of Business are recommended by the Rules Committee and voted on by the OCSEA delegation, typically, on the morning of the first day so that the business of the union may commence. It's important that every delegate/alternate become familiar with the rules of convention.

The Rules Committee met Wednesday evening to determine the proposed Rules to govern Convention. The following Convention Rules were voted on and approved by the delegation during Thursday morning's general session.
